Had an amazing dinner at the Valentine’s Day VIP party. The surf and turf was the best I’ve eaten in a long time and the chocolate cake dessert was delicious. The staff was very attentive and I had a blast playing slots

Well I had a free room offered via an email I received. Even though we only live 45 minutes from Saratoga, we decided to make it a date night since we also had a gift card for a restaurant in Ballston Spa. So we went up early in the day, checked into our room (which was ready). Gambled a few hours then left for dinner. Came back and gambled for a few more hours in the evening. Didn’t win, but had fun. Had a great weekend. Our room was spacious & very clean. Enjoyed the pool, the food, the Casino, & Vapor! The staff were great. We will be back!!

I go all the time get 15 bucks in free play.A lady at were i work hardly ever goes and gets 80 bucks WTF . How do the calculate free play is beyond me!!!

My parents' home away from home. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. My parents always have the sweetest stories to tell of their time here and on the odd occasion I've gotten to go with them, I've always been treated wonderfully even though I don't play! Wonderful atmosphere and grateful for their kindness towards my parents. �

No attendents for machines waiting 30mins plus for help Maybe hire some more help you have the cash flow. There are many people who need and want a job.

We were engaged here at the casino exactly a year ago. We decided what better way to celebrate again then go back to that same place tov celebrate. What a horrible idea that was. Our rooms weren't ready in time, the food at the buffet was ice cold and for people who don't eat seafood there was a very poor selection. Even the fruit was in horrible shape.
