I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Sapaugh. Just bought a 2015 GMC Terrain 6 weeks ago. Over the weekend, the entire radio/information display went out. Of course I was about 400miles over the bumper to bumper warranty. After speaking with the service manager, he was only able to give me 50% off the repair. I want to say thank you to Greg Jones and Kirk Linderer. They made sure we had a very dependable car because our old car was having a lot of mechanical problems. They took care of us! They were able to take the old car and put us in a 2018 Chevy Equinox with a great warranty. After having a couple minor vehicle issues, GM Joe Clemens took time out of his day to personally reach out to me to ensure that my car was completely taken care of and to offer his help with anything I needed. He introduced me to Rachel in the service department who was also extremely helpful.
