Have to say, had a very negative experience in your showroom today, few if any staff wearing masks, and when we asked our salesperson to wear hers she said that she had asthma and could not breath with a mask. I’m a nurse and that is A ridiculously untrue statement. Quite the contrary, many patients with asthma have worn masks on a regular basis for years to protect themselves from infection. you could start by honoring your bumper to bumper warranty on your certified pre-owned Cadillacs. about one in February of 2020 and the transmission modulator went out today July 8 20/20 and for some reason this isn't a covered part of your bumper to bumper warranty for 12 months that you advertise for certified pre-owned vehicles. the service department is not as good as they used to be at Frank Kent. Went into get my spark plugs replaced, spark plug wires checked, check fluids, and rotate tires. Tire rotation was a flat $20, no additional labor cost. Nothing else. Was charged $452.20. FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS. FOR CHANGING THE SPARK PLUGS. I had a dispute about pet hair in a loaner vehicle and a service charge of $100; spoke to the Service Manager Lee Muhleman whom was completely RUDE to me when asked if there could have been a courtesy call to have remedied the situation (letting me remove the pet hair before charging me $100?). I've been using the service department for some time now and not even the agents are as rude as the MANAGER himself!!

They always make me feel welcome and go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. The dealership was very clean and organized. When I expressed my concerns about coming in for service due to COVID19 they picked up my car and sanitized the inside before bringing it back to me at my work! We recently leased a new car from Central and the experience could not have been better! I had been dreading the thought of car shopping, not to mention car shopping whilst undergoing a pandemic but Tom Harter made the entire experience swift and easy!!
