RecommendedI bought a car from Mike Kinney (I think that’s his last name) in pre-owned sales and I couldn’t be more happier. My car did need a new battery shortly after I purchased it, but Mike made sure that I was taken care of and even called me after to be sure they got it back to me in time. Very unprofessional. I would STAY AWAY from this dealership. bought a used 2018 Ford Edge on March 7, 2020, and was given one key, with the promise of the other set within a few weeks. The pandemic hit, and I waited until mid-May to follow up on my second key. After leaving at least 3 voicemails, and an email, someone finally followed up with me. RecommendedOkay....so here’s my follow up to a previous review. Unfortunately we encountered a rear end collision from a commercial vehicle. My husband took his SUV to Claude Nolan for repair even though we were not satisfied with a previous expectation related to cleaning the vehicle after service.
