For my parents who are customers: Shoutout to Rachel Romaine in the service department who went above and beyond the call of duty. She not only explained what needed to be done to repair the vehicle thoroughly, she also documented and took pictures so that it was clear for the warranty company in order to approve the repairs. They would not have done so without her efforts. It's employees such as Rachel who make you think of Sapaugh first and want to be a long-term customer.

Sapaugh has assembled a Top Notch team. Rich Konold in sales, Dave Walker in sales, and Ed Schnur in finance are great examples of the quality personnel that Sapaugh has on their team. Anyone looking for service work or buying a car should visit Sapaugh. Even if you do not live in the Herculaneum area, you will find that the drive is worth it. If you are looking for a friendly and honest GM dealership, that will always strive to meet the customer needs, Sapaugh is second to none.
The service department is unbelievably slow! Helpful & friendly but slow! Came back a second time hoping they were just really behind the first time. Nope, 2 hours for a oil change & tire rotation.
While it took a while to get everything taken care of we drove away with an awesome truck! Can't thank Steve enough!
