Worst dealership ever. Neal was my sales rep. I’ve paid for warranties that he never put through I’ve tried contacting him he never gets back to me I’ve called and emailed him all he cared about was making the sale . I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this dealer I’ve never had a car with so many issues in my life

RecommendedKristen, hands down, is as good as they come. She made the entire process enjoyable, easy, and exciting. The detail department could’ve spent a little more time on the interior, and I would’ve liked to have had a fresh oil change and full tank upon leaving the lot. However, those menial issues don’t deter from how happy I was with the customer service from Kristen and Lynn.

RecommendedWe came in to look at a used Honda CR-V and a Captiva. Though we didn’t like the captiva we loved the CR-V but it was unfortunately out of our price range. Even though we didn’t get a vehicle, Alan was very kind and professional with us. Once the 2021 Escalade comes out I’m definitely gonna call Alan again to help us out😊

RecommendedRecently purchased an SRX from Colonial and I can't rave about them enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from the bottom to the top. They made me feel confident that I was not getting screwed over or that I was being pressured into anything at all. I even spoke with the GM Alex, who was very helpful and kind. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else in the future.
4 months ago I purchased a preowned vehicle that I adored. It SEEMED to be in great working order.. within a 3 day window my driver side window DID NOT roll back up after going through Starbucks drive through. I then paid 200.00 to replace the entire switch... now 4 months later the ENTIRE perimeter of the roof of my jeep is DISCOLORED AND LEAKING from somewhere.
