Scheduled a test drive on a used vehicle. I was told if it sold I would get a phone call. I arrived for the test drive to learn the car was sold. Normally, a dealer would take some time to show you other similar vehicles. That wasn't even offered to me. I wasted my time, and they couldn't be bothered with giving me any of theirs. They said "sorry" though 🙄.

Love my Escalade . Poor manners. From the sales manager to the business manager. I had to ask him 4 times to put on his mask. Very Very poor detailing of my car. Will drive to California to purchase my next Escalade before I go back.
