My boyfriend I were treated very rudely, the sales person didn’t care what my boyfriend had to say about the durmax he was looking at. The door wouldn’t shut properly, the underneath was rusted so bad and it made a bad sound when you would turn the truck. When we told the sales person he blew it off like it’s no big deal and he wouldn’t even pull up the car fax for us after he told us he would! I went to Sapaugh on Saturday for oil change #3 in my 2017 GMC Canyon. I arrived early for my 830am appointment and my truck was ready at 900am! This is my 2nd GMC purchased from Sapaugh. Rich Konold in Sales is great to work with and the Service Department is outstanding. I wouldn't buy a GM vehicle from any other dealer. I doubt that I would buy another brand because of the level of service I get at Sapaugh!
Jeff at Sapaugh was amazing to work with! Hands down, the best finance/sales guy to work with and we will purchase a vehicle from him every time. He worked with us over the phone numerous times, so we only had to spend minimal time at the dealership with our two babies. Jeff we can’t thank you enough for helping us find and purchase our dream vehicle!

Was called by sapaugh to set up an appointment for a recall. Dropped my car off for an 830am appointment. Recieved a call at 130pm and was told they don't have the part to fix the issue. Why did it take 5 hours to call me? Dont understand why they would set up the appointment if it's not a part they have in stock. When I got into my car the radio station was changed. Why was someone in my car listening to the radio?
We made an appointment for a simple oil change, and I even arrived 30 minutes early for said appointment. We sat in waiting area for OVER an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I have worked in automotive service and KNOW it does NOT take that long for a oil change!! 30 minutes top!! They couldn't not find the tech that was "suppose" to be working on my car, but said he had it for a while and should be almost done!! We still sat for at least 30 mins longer!
