Crystal Martinez was very pleasant. I know when I go to Sapaugh for an oil change, I will get the correct oil for my vehicle. I also get my tires rotated at a very reasonable price. I can't find better service. They are true professionals.

I went in for an oil change. Lauren Bowman greeted me, June helped me while I was waiting and Crystal Martinez did my final paperwork. They were all friendly ,helpful and efficient!
Crystal Martinez just made my day. She was ready with my paper work and keys when I arrived by shuttle. She has always been kind and I appreciate her patience. The shuttle driver is always cheerful and keeps a great conversation. Thank you Ladies for making the hassle of car repair not so bad.

For me I gave them a price point on my payment and they made it happen. Very kind and caring people.
Had to get some brake work done on my Silverado and it ended up being worse than I thought. But Crystal Martinez got me a better coupon than what I brought in and helped me use my Chevy rewards points to bring the cost down significantly. Sapaugh is THE place to go!!!
