We have bought 3 used vehicles from this dealership in the last few years. The first two were the best experience I had ever had purchasing a vehicle. The last Escalade my wife purchased was and is a complete nightmare. The sales guy told her they would fix the wheels because every wheel was missing paint. When she closed they only agreed to fix the left side. My dad has been a very loyal customer for years. He recently took his truck in for service and ended up having to leave it there for 10 days. There were tools in his truck because he had no idea he would be leaving it there when he went in. When he picked his truck back up, our chainsaw that had been in there was missing.
