Bought my 2015 XTS from Crest in Plano. Less than a month later they moved. I bought an extended warranty from them. My check engine light came on , I called was told no loaner until mid-July. I asked about taking me to Rockwall where I live or Rowlett where my son lives and was told out of area. If they fixed it it would not have a deductible.
