I got an oil change and tire rotation months ago, everything was fine. Went back for the same thing and turns out they did not return my wheel lock so they couldn’t do the tire rotation. They ordered me a new one so I went in to get my tire rotation and the new wheel lock. Waited over an hour for them to not do a tire rotation because it wouldn’t be worth it since I was getting new tires soon. DON’T GO THIS DEALER!!!! We brought out car in for programming and when we received the car back it was programmed, even that wasnt done as we had asked for it to be done but they had done major body damage scraping our bumper and cracking the passenger fender, see picture (my car has a hidden cam)!!!!

Second horrible experience with the service department. I set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and requested a loaner since the only time I could drop off was their last appt of 4pm which is also the same time they close. I have learned from my previous horrible experience that I need to confirm that my request for a loaner would be honored.
