The service department has been and continues to be their weak point. Time and time again service time frames have not been properly communicated or met. I scheduled an appointment to have a tire replaced and asked to pick it up by 11am today. Shockingly it is not ready and I did not receive a phone call explain what the hold up is and service is now closed.
I will NEVER do business with these clowns EVER again! Absolutely rip off artists throughout.

I don't live that close to the dealership, but I've never taken my car anywhere else for service. I think everyone there is first rate, and I've never had anything but an excellent experience. The shuttle service is convenient, the waiting room is comfortable, the rental cars are great, everyone is friendly and attentive, and they always make sure my car is fixed right at a fair price. When it's time to buy a new car, I will definitely go to Sapaugh.
