The technician, Tami took time to explain every step of my procedure. She made me feel more relaxed.
On time and totally caring
The assistant was great. We had a few laughs too
Dr. Yu is patient-oriented and dedicated to making a correct diagnosis. This is something that senior citizens seldom find. It's much easier to say 'it's just age-related' and send you on your way. He did not do that.
My test was done today in a quick, thorough manner. I was given information about when my results would be available.
Dr Yu went over my blood work and discussed the need to increase my medication. He asked me questions that related to issues I had since my initial visit.
Said I didn't have pinched nerves went to another doctor same week showed him same MRI paper and he said yes I do...just wanted a doctor to care I'm in too much pain to waste time when I need help
From front desk to Dr Yu's assistant my visit went very well.
This was a very rushed visit. Dr. could not take enough time to answer my questions and practically ran out of the room. The doctor does not have a good bedside manner nor could I understand him, his 2 assts. had to interpret. Dr. seemed a bit miffed at my questions as if I was questioning his authority. Very disappointed wiil not be going back.
