Dr Yu clearly demonstrated that my best health interest was the most important matter during our appointment.
This Dr. didn’t even read the radiology reports the other provider ordered on my first visit. He was very dismissive and didn’t want to write a referral for a spine Dr. like the hospital radiologist recommended. After begging for a referral, it was denied multiple times because he wrote there was no abnormalities from radiology. I have the copies of the report, I am in excruciating pain and can barely walk. Dr. Yu asked me who prescribed me amphetamine for sleep while looking at my chart. I corrected him that Add3r@ll is not for sleep but for ADD. When I asked if my facial swelling and paralysis could be a kidney issue, he chuckled and said “idk I’m not a nephrologist”. He told me to simply take anti inflammatories for multiple bulging discs and severe arthritis. I was a college athlete and now I can barely walk my pain is so bad. Dr Yu is a kind and knowledgeable doctor. Arnel is so accommodating , kind and smart, he makes you feel relax and comfortable Keep up the good work Arnel!

The doctor was kind and courteous as was his assistant, Amy. The experience was calm and as gentle as possible.
It was as expected. My only issue is that I could not understand him.
