The most incompetent Doctor I have ever gone to. I advice anyone who needs to see a Neurologist to definitely go elsewhere. He doesn't listen, talks over you, and lies about past appointments. He blatantly called me a liar when it came to one of my RX's which he said he never would have prescribed me, yet when his assistant looked it up...she said he did 10 years ago along with 2 other medications he was not willing to admit because he said it is unethical to prescribe those kinds of medications. We went to Dr Yu with four CT scans and MRI report all suggesting check for NHP. Dr didn’t even read them or check the cd we brought of Paul’s MRI. He just put his feet up and did a couple of questions sent him for Test. Went to next appointment to discuss test, still came back will check for NHP. Dr. Yu said he does not have that and scheduled my boyfriend for an appointment for months out to see what kind of dementia he has. I just want to say that all of the negative reviews were true about this office. Although I never did see the doctor, the office was a nightmare, they claim to have told me to get a negative Covid test which they did not and documented that they did, the chairs and the crowded office were disgusting. I feel sorry for anyone who has to go here. I told them that their office sucks and I would not be back and I canceled my appointment. The ratings are true!!!

We visited the office two times two date. Both visits were HORENDOUS. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! We only met the nurse practitioner and office staff all of which were INCOMPETENT.

Nonchalant, unprofessional office staff; overcrowded, uncomfortable waiting room. I'm on the fence about Dr Yu. I don't necessarily fault him for his lack of warmth or hospitality; not everyone is personable. I'm seeing him for his expertise not his personality. However, I found out that he billed my insurance company for multiple tests I never had. I did call the insurance company to tell them. That raised a huge red flag. WORST OF THE WORST!! I went on referral and did not check them out first. By far the most inefficient company I've ever dealt with. 3 visits and never saw Dr. Yu. Recently, never sent for approval on two tests I was supposed to have then called to cancel blaming it on insurance. Checked with them and they never were contacted recently. Never answer messages, even the last two I left to have my files ready to pick up. The worst of the worst! High priced equip that he makes money off of..VEEG everyone seems to need one with his feigned diagnosis and don't forget the EMG..everyone that goes to that office somehow has a need for it. Ordered Cervical MRI said I complained of pain which I didn't. All my test have been neg...when you walk through those doors empty your pockets.
