From front desk to Dr Yu's assistant my visit went very well.
This was a very rushed visit. Dr. could not take enough time to answer my questions and practically ran out of the room. The doctor does not have a good bedside manner nor could I understand him, his 2 assts. had to interpret. Dr. seemed a bit miffed at my questions as if I was questioning his authority. Very disappointed wiil not be going back.
He explains everything to you no fancy words that you didn't understand I really liked him
The front desk staff are very unfriendly, they're more concerned about chatting and socializing amongst themselves than they are welcoming and attending to patients. The tech was great, who did my nerve study part of the test. He was kind and helpful. Dr. Yu was...said maybe 5 words to me. Thot the fist bump when he came in would suffice for bedside manner. Good customer service
I waited an hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be called back. The receptionists didn’t communicate with me at all. I asked them at an hour when I would be taken back, and they just said the doctor was behind. My appointment was at 8:30AM. I don’t mind waiting, but communication is so important.
They were very good on time management getting us in, and Dr coming in for a 10 min meet. I did observe Dr repeating himself reading chart and glancing at Lisa multiple times probably to do his report and assessment.Did not review current medications
Good visit and walked out like he cared about my health.
