Horrible. Had MRI done. Told 3 to 5 days for results. Been 2 mos and left messages. Had MA hang up on me several times laughing. No one will give me my results. Beyond frustrating and unprofessional. Will be filing a formal complaint with Medical Board

Poor bedside manner, incompetent, disorganized and unresponsive staff, and difficult to understand. I took my husband Ed to see Dr. Yu and he addressed me as the patient until I corrected him. He is abrupt, doesn’t listed, and is difficult to understand. He ordered imaging for my husband, who has a VPShunt. Magnetic imaging can cause shunts to become maladjusted, and they need to be checked within 24 hours of the imaging. I tried to tell his office staff this before I schedule the imaging. The office staff messed up my appointments. I brought my card with me to the third appointment. Imagine their shock to be confronted with their own handwriting. I had started to think I might be getting dementia on top of all my other problems. Nope. It is them. Dr. Ju sent me for some expensive tests. He had no explanation for the lesions on the MRIs. He told me I had no reason to come back. I felt he had not done his job at all. He seems smart but I wonder if the language barrier is a factor.

This is Riddick........I'm a Consultant for FMCC since retired. A Consultant to Ford Dealers in the Western Region as a Cross Trained Trainer of all areas of a successful profitable Dealership where Customer Service is number one......... I have read the reviews and do understand the meaning of frustration. After researching Dr. Yu he is a very accomplished and can make a accurate diagnosis with-out error. He hasn't shown to have a real outgoing personality, likes to keep to himself

Didn't even get a chance to see him because the staff screwed up my appointment time. I was scheduled at 1130am and somehow they decided my appointment time was at 1015am instead.

I waited on hold for 2 hours just for them to disconnect me. When I called back I was given a voice mail message. Does anyone answer the phone? This is unacceptable for a professional office.

I would classify as a "Quack". Diagnosis without reading chart or examination. Unnecessary & Expensive test done on first visit. He walked in and told me I was getting test because of "my condition" and given a prescription for epilepsy which I do not have. Next visit was to discuss results which was with a staff member who was grilling me on how the medication was working. I told her I did not fill it when I found out from the pharmacist what it was. I was walked out the back door.

The office staff is so disorganized, I wonder if they have ANY training. I'm on blood thinners and have to go off of them for injections, which is dangerous. A day before my appt they called & said, "we didn't get around to your insurance approval yet." That's 2 days without blood thinners. I was rescheduled. 2 weeks later, and off blood thinners again, they called to cancel the appt again, saying the insurance has yet to approve it, but b/c they didn't submit it until 4 days prior to appt.

Simply the worst. English, is not one of his languages since he doesn't understand it. Wait time is hours, then you get put back in the office with this guy who cares nothing about you, & all about insurance money. Be prepared to call this office back, many times, when they 'say' they called in a prescription for you. They simply don't do it. One of my summary sheets for my appointment had SIX things incorrect on it. Joke of an office. Dr. Yu simply refused to help me. Worst Doctor I've seen.
