Dr. Yu is very knowledgeable in his profession. He is a very kind and understanding Dr. He takes time to listen and is compassionate with his patients.
My original visit had gone well. He listened to my concerns and did a quick test in office. Recommended I get additional test and follow up with him to review the findings. Show up today and the follow up isn’t with him, it’s with an NP. He agreed to see me after about 15 mins of going back and forth only to completely dismiss me and say everything looks normal and to go get tests which I had already had before and had discussed with him. They were more thorough with testing. They were able to find my problem when other doctors were unable to, for 3 years. The office personnel, technician and Dr Yu were all fabulous. I will recommend them to everyone.
Doctor Yu was very kind and quick with the muscle testing. I read that it was painful but I’ve had acupuncture before and it felt just like it.
No compassion for patients, while administering physical test, with patients who are already in pain. Speaks to patient in a condescending tone.
Dr. Yu seemed to be very competent and knowledgeable, but did lack in bedside manner. He was very pleasant, a tad bit difficult to understand, but seemed very confident in his work. I would recommend, definitely.
I'm a well educated woman. I've lived with Cerebral Palsy all my life.(69 yrs) I've evaluated claims for disability for almost 15 year, working with MD's, Ph.D's Peds. in various speciality's. I've always prided myself on my ability to communicate my knowledge of my disability with any doctor who was treating me. Mr. Yu is unable to communicate directly with me; I believe he's requested an unnecessary test to 'future evaluate my condition.' I plan to at least delay this test, 6 months & try for a different doctor.
Worst doctor I have ever seen who has absolutely no clue what he is doing. It’s time for you to hang your coat doctor and call it a day
Your visit starts with waiting 4-6 weeks for an appointment…even follow up visits to review X-rays and MRIs Office is crowded and I’m personable. The staff is nonchalant and I’m personable. I’ve witnessed them turn away elderly folks that showed up 20 minutes before their appointment instead of the requested 30 minutes. It never took me more than 10 minutes to do paperwork and certainly was never called back at my exact appointment time, so to send an elderly couple away is inexcusable and heartless.
