After some initial tests by a tech, Dr. Yu came in and performed more tests, which were a little more intrusive and painful, but he made it comfortable for me.
I have a history of seizures. I have been seizure and medication free for OVER A YEAR. He gave me the all clear to drive and then stated he wouldn’t fill out a DMV form for the state of WA. I contacted both WA and NV verify the requirements. Both DMVs stated he just needed to be licensed and the location of his license wasn’t an issue. He still denies to fill out the form. What is he hiding?
Short wait time
He was very quick with his work and he let me listen to music since needles usually stress me out.
