At the front desk they're thorough and friendly. In the back the vibe was great. I really appreciated my time with the doctor and his assistant. He was very relaxed, soft spoken and made me feel relaxed. He set me up for an EMG., referrals for testing and to come back into the office to go over the test results when they have been completed. I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Yu here in Pahrump.
This is my second time back! I think Dr Santos is knowledgeable about Charcott Marie Tooth..
He performed a nerve test on my sister.
Tech Amy was very professional and made me feel comfortable.
He was very perfesana and polite.
I liked the time that he spent listening to my problems and then taking time to explain what he thought was going on. I’d liked that he is ordering some test to explain what’s going on with my head and we’ll see what the results are in a month or so but he seems very caring.
I just met Dr Yu. He was very nice. He seems considerate and listens. The staff was extremely friendly.
Dr Yu clearly demonstrated that my best health interest was the most important matter during our appointment.
This Dr. didn’t even read the radiology reports the other provider ordered on my first visit. He was very dismissive and didn’t want to write a referral for a spine Dr. like the hospital radiologist recommended. After begging for a referral, it was denied multiple times because he wrote there was no abnormalities from radiology. I have the copies of the report, I am in excruciating pain and can barely walk.
