Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and kind. The front desk people were very patient with each of us.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am with an arrival time of 10:00am. I wasn't called back until 12:10pm. I witnessed 3 other people cancel and walk out due to the wait times. Once called the nurse was rude. No apology for the excessive wait times. She talked over me, didn't weigh me, she asked 'what's your weight?', 'your height?'. My interaction with the front desk staff as well as the nurse or medical assistant I’m not sure what her title was who did the initial part of my EMG study was quite impressive, and I was more than pleased and absolutely satisfied with my experience thus far. Dr. Yu was unpleasant to speak with, his bedside manner was less than desirable. Aside from that, I went in to get evaluated for MS and he did not follow protocol at all and discharged me with carpal tunnel and was very dismissive of every symptom I relayed to him. I'm now with a new neuro and an orthopedic surgeon who are both pretty darn appalled at the lack of treatment I received, and I have neuropathies that he did not diagnose in his reporting, a severe breakdown in my back causing nerve compression and a host of other... read more
Very thorough and precise as he makes his future plans to see you.
A very detailed history was taken. After that, I was asked to do some simple actions. He went over my test results and his impression s and recommendations.
Everything from registration to testing to any of all staff I came across including Dr Yu could not have been more perfect. They made a stressful day very non-stressful. Thank you for all.

I could barely walk in his office with a cane after spending a month in the hospital. He yawned..loudly and constantly the whole time I saw him. That was when he wasn't yelling at me to just walk. What a joke
