An extremely long wait time just in the waiting area. Father had a 12 pm appointment, he started getting antsy and loud close to 1pm. Finally got called into the room 1:05pm, doctor didn’t come in until 1:25pm.
Wait time was over an hour before seeing the doctor. Almost walked out of appt.
He is an excellent doctor, I would recommend him to anyone.
The 30 minute wait time to be seen was frustrating. However, once in the exam room, everything went very well. EMG Tech Tammy put the patient at ease with her warm personality. Dr. Yu was very friendly and thorough, asking a variety of history questions from the last visit two years ago. I informed him the frustration of not having my multiple phone calls returned. He made a copy of my notes with the dates and said it would be addressed that evening in a staff meeting. Overall, the visit and exam went very well.
I am extremely appreciative for the care I received.

Dr. Yu pleasant asked questions and offered solutions. The office is extremely busy with 6 physicians. So, be understanding with not getting called in as scheduled.
He was very accurate in his testing.
