Took my 2015 Camaro in for an oil change, they recommended an air filter change as well which I authorized. Paid and left, noticed they charged for tire rotation, which I did NOT authorize. I called immediately, had to leave 2 messages, finally spoke with someone about the situation and was told the charges would be reversed. It's been almost 3 weeks and the unauthorized charge still hasn't been reversed.
Great salesman, good selection, lousy nasty finance guy named Rich. He spent at least a half hour badgering us to buy an expensive insurance policy then got rude when we said no. He actually went beyond rude and chastised us and said we were ignorant for not buying his high dollar plan. If I knew I had to be condemned by this guy I would have purchased elsewhere. If he worked for me I would fire him on the spot.

Found a vehicle online and went in to see it. It was "in the shop" and scheduled an appointment to come back the next day. Salesman left for the day without calling me, showed up for the appt. and the guys there spent 45 minutes trying to find the vehicle. It had been sold earlier in the day. Sales guys started asking about out trade in, value, income, and never bothered finding out what I wanted in a vehicle. What a waste of time. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff. I didn't feel like I was getting the dreaded high pressure to buy something I didn't want. And I happily drove home in a new car that was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sands Surprise service finally found the cause of my slow tire leak. A small black piece of metal most likely a construction staple. It has been causing problems for more than a year. Great service no charge
