I had a previous post on here about an issue I had with Sands but they actually contacted me this morning and resolved the issue just want to say I really appreciate it that and would do business again with them
We had arranged to purchase a truck from another Chevy Dealer. We had a signed contract to take delivery the next day. Truck was sold to another person. After that dealer lying repeatedly and being treated horribly I went to Surprise Sands 4 days later. NOT only did SURPRISE Sands get the truck we wanted they also charged LESS! Thank you Richie Livingston!

Well after 2 weeks driving a new suv they call me today and tell me we need to sign new paperwork because finance came back with a cheaper monthly payment.....However my fiance went there and LOW AND BEHOLD...... THEY SCREWED US OVER....SAID THEY COULDN'T GET FINANCING SO WE NEED THE SUV BACK...... CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CALL AND LIE TO YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT WHEN ALL SAID AND DONE.....!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend to go this rip off place. They charge $2600 for reconditioning fee. Unbelievable. The manager in there is very rude and unprofessional !!!
Big shout out to Henry Smith and the service department at Sands Chevrolet on Waddell!! They had a difficult task with finding out what was wrong with my car. They took their time found the issue and fixed it but also insured I was happy and wasn’t without transportation. I even got my baby back cleaner than what she was and fuller!!! Henry you were awesome!! Anyone need service on their GM vehicles look Henry up!!!
