I checked online for the inventory. I had seen a good selection of new SUVs (2018 traverse) I wanted to check out. When i showed up, they only had 4. On the web it stated they have over 20. I showed up, they start to bad talk about each other. Apparently the online team vs the walk up team is as bad as two rival gangs. Immediately I felt the tension between them. I took my 2018 Camaro ZL1 in for service and Michael and Danny blew my mind! The attention to detail was amazing and in fact beyond what I would receive at Lexus (10 year customer of Lexus). The 4 Years I had my car that I bought at sands, very time I took it in for something I was told different things vs what they would say to my husband, always condescending to me. The straw that broke my back was I spoke to someone in finance two weeks ago about Canceling my extended warranty and get the refund, I was told if I bring in the paid in full letter they would cut me a check for my balance that same day, I said wow really ok I will wait til I have the letter then. These guys suck here never again will I take my vehicle to the service department, the min you decline expensive repairs after paying the 150 dollar inspection fee their service becomes horrible. Working on commission makes you do these type of things. From now on I will take my vehicle across the street to get serviced at ford.
Worst experience ever, rude! So I'm taking my daughter to look at different cars, Baboo and his sales manager are pushing a car we haven't even decided if she likes! She wanted to see how bad the blind spots were on a Camaro, she never even got to drive the car before we were being harassed by Baboo's sales manager! Over at Honda test driving a Camaro now! D'bags at Sands couldn't even get a test drive done, don't waste your time there unless you really want to waste your time there!!
