Great service . Brian in the service department is awesome. Salesmen shouldn’t bother people who are waiting on a car in service . If I wanted a new car I wouldn’t be doing work to the one I have .
I accompanied my friend to buy a vehicle it was probably mid May. I was just shocked by the vulgar language and immaturity being displayed on the showroom floor and from sales people on the lot. I was deeply offended. I believe Mr. Romo was the main culprit in the whole display. Egging on his co-workers it was deeply disturbing. Myself and my dear friend left without test driving any vehicles. I am also sending a strongly worded letter to corporate headquarters about Mr. Romo's behavior.
Excellent service!! Took my truck in because I’ve been experiencing high beams flashed at me. So I figured something must be wrong with my new truck. They adjusted the headlights and did a service. My truck is running great and hopefully the bright light issue has been rectified.. Cause I’m definitely not tryin to piss people off... LoL
We purchased a 2014 Equinox at a low price because they listed it wrong. So now when we need anything it’s always a hassle. But now after the battery has gone bad for the 3rd year in a row, they tell me too bad it’s a month out of warranty. How does a 42 month AC Delco battery have a 12 month warranty. I called GM and they offered to help if we could leave the car there for 2-3 days. Without a courtesy car my wife can’t miss work. So I’m stuck buying and installing the battery. 3 years in a row is a design flaw. Lemon law. B... read more
Just had one of the most positive buying experiences I could have asked for today. I wish all car shopping experiences were as easy as this was. There was absolutely “0” run around.
