Apparently not paying off a trade in is what they do best. then keep saying sorry when they arent. Its my credit they messed up. I will never come back here. Their service department is crap too. Then their "sales manager" sat there and argued with me. At this point i wish i would have just kept my car being legally its still in my name. i have tried to reach out to the Gm Chad but no luck.

Get rid of the Re-Conditioning fee ($2,995) on used vehicles. It's part of doing business. Walked away from a 2019 used Vette with only 3.200 miles on it. Sales guy said it's part of the process for all used cars no matter what. He said the fee was not negotiable. Anyone with half a brain knows you can get a great detail for $200-$300. Absolutely the worst dealership I have been to with the exception of 1 person. I was lied to MULTIPLE times and was treated with an attitude anytime I had a question. They “forgot” to pay off my trade. We wouldn’t have known until our bank called us and told us it was going to go to collections. I tried reaching someone by phone and of course everyone was with customers or in meetings each time I called. I went up there and again was met with attitudes. Worst dealership, we agreed to a deal and a week later they made us pay another $1000 or they were going to either take our car or would ruin our credit. stay away from this dealership they are crooks and i have heard nothing but bad reviews about their service department on local facebook groups. STAY AWAY
