Our salesman didn't know anything about the vehicle we were looking for or vehicles in general. I was looking for a Tahoe with Max Trailering package in order to get the higher tow rating. He told me that any V8 can tow and that the Tahoe in general is capable of towing 12,000lbs which is ridiculous (it maxes out at 8600 if configured properly). I bought an oil service/ cleaning package. 1st time car was in for service car wasn’t cleaned at all. 2cnd time rear compartment wasn’t cleaned. 3 rd time rear compartment wasn’t cleaned. 4 th time they never even picked the car up. Had emailed service manager about getting out of service package after 1st oil change. No response. When they they didn’t pu car the 4 time I left message for service manager again. No response. Would trust these people to change alight bulb at this point.

Worst Experience ever! I just wanted to inform you of the service I just experienced at Sands Chevrolet of Surprise. First I had to walk in and find a salesperson. The salesperson was unaware of the deals you had listed on your website. Asking me questions about the truck you’re suppose to be selling Then while I was sitting waiting, I had to listen to your employees talk about hanging and decapitating the president of the United States. Every department I’ve dealt with are very professional and great people.
The worst dealer in Arizona, the loan guy is not helpful they not providing good costumer service, always ignoring calls and messages. They run my credit more than 10 times they are not good option.
Went to sands a few years ago and had an awful experience , thought maybe give them another chance. That was a Horrible mistake. Only good experience was the sales guy named Bill. Josh in finance is awful. He shotgunned my credit with out me knowing that it was ran 22 times! Tried calling him about it and he tried to dodge my calls for days- blames it on being busy. Finally he calls and stuttered around with his lame excuses and says he didn’t know and blah blah blah. Said he would call back in 15 mins.. next day comes aroun... read more
