I took my vehicle to this dealership to have the oil pressure sensor changed and the dealership told me that my engine needed to be replaced in my vehicle. The oil pump was going out and had it replaced, not by these professional cons. My Yukon runs perfect with the engine that this dealership want to replace for $9000. Just a bunch of con artists. Service there was horrible from the advisor to the service director. I would never go back there for anything. This dealership is a stealership and gives Chevrolet a bad name.

Bought my Silverado a year ago was very happy with the service and everyone! Until my pinion seal went out, they fixed that(easy fix right?) . A few months later my spiders gears pretty much blew up and was humming really bad. So I have a new rear end! Whom ever replaced my rear end punctured the axel seal and it leaked all over my tires and drive way. I couldn’t love this place more if I tried. Their service department is seriously the best ever!! I have purchased my last 3 vehicles here and haven’t had service elsewhere since they opened. There’s a reason for that, the customer service is just amazing! ❤️ #chevytruckgirl
Warranty is a joke here. Sands replaced the pair of batteries in my 2500HD 2 years ago (13,000 miles on truck since) and today i take it in because the batteries aren’t holding a charge. I’m told they won’t warranty the batteries because my truck isn’t under bumper to bumper anymore yet according to GM website and AC Delco both, the batteries should be warranty for 3 years. This was my final visit to this place. Warranty work here is always harder than pulling teeth!
I've always been satisfied with excellent service I get at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise but I recently had an over-the-top experience that prompts me to give them a 5 star review. I had an issue last week after I used a Capital One GM Card to buy tires with a great Capital One rebate.
