Made it very clearly with salesman Jacob Blanton that our only interest of purchasing a car was 0% financing on a Traverse through Chevy. After running our credit, Jacob tells us Chevy is no longer offering 0% financing. 2 months later, there's 6 different inquiries from banks they shopped around with. Absolute idiots.

First time using Sands Chevy Surprise for a routine oil change and rotation. The service advisor was great however, the tech spilled oil on my engine cover and down onto the plastic shroud under the bumper. The oil blew back onto the frame while driving home and the remaining dripped onto my garage floor. I emailed the service manager Mr. Haddad and after a week of no response, I completed their emailed survey with negative rating and explanation of my service issue. I still have not received a response after over 2 weeks.

The person who picked up my vehicle for service broke my seat. Sands Chevrolet refused to except fault. This vehicle is very low miles, well kept and 4 years old. They also tried charging me almost $1000 to fix the seat! Outrageous! I also believe they used my vehicle to pick up another customers car because I found an address written on the start of a service ticket.

Bought a certified pre owned about 4.5 years ago from here. Loved my car. I've spent the last almost 1.5 years taking the car in for the same exact problems. Every time the engine light came on I would either take it right in or call the service rep I had been working with. They've "fixed" it half a dozen times at least. Sometimes they would just run the code, say they would call me, and send me on my way, only to never call me. If I called about it, I was told I would get called back, but I usually wasn't. I just purchased a traverse from Sands. I was so impressed with how they treated me. This is our 4th vehicle in 4 years that we have been in AZ. We have always bought a ford or VW and those dealership experience were horrible. My sales man mike underwood was amazing. If you need a car go see him! I don’t think I will purchase another car from anywhere else. This dealership took excellent care of me! Mike even helped me clean out my messy car 😂

I recently bought a 2020 chevy traverse from sands Chevrolet in surprise. Not only was Dave Guzman awesome but the sales director was as well. It was the fastest deal we have ever made. Everyone was friendly and willing to work with me. I am so grateful and will recommend everyone I know to them! You guys are amazing!
