From the moment we walked in, to the time we drove away they made us feel like family.
Some of the sales people are rude and judgmental. Once they find out your financial situation, they know how to negotiate to get the most of your money. Don't be fooled! go prepared and educated on financing process. Bunch of thieves.
I had a horrible experience in this dealership that you couldn't imagine ,first time buying a car In my life it was a bad unforgettable experience I had with the people In finance, managers and sales. I will tell to everyone I know about it. 😢
I have the best experiences ever in sand Chervolet suprise. Jason Obie is the best man ever and I'm grateful to him. We do the sale mostly by text and we even reinforce that we want it to be approved, tag done etc before we headed there as my husband could not deal with people due to his PTSD. Jason help us all the way get us approved with our terrible credit and we were out within 30 minutes. Now I just pray that they won't call us back to return the car..lol
Great Service Department must have been very busy. After I was finally greeted (5-7 minute wait) I was told my vehicle would be 90 minutes. It was closer to 120 minutes, because the “wash rack was backed up”. Service was done to satisfaction.
