took truck in last year for a break recall keep in mind that my truck is lifted and they ended up running it thru the car wash and damaged the hood and roof of my truck the roof they were able to buff out but the hood needed paint well at the time a year ago they fixed the problem but now a year later my paint is peeling off on hood and now they say that they have no record of them ever fixing it so in their words they won't fix something that they don't have a record of ever fixing so basically sands chevrolet is the most d... read more
I always schedule my oil change for 8am. Every time, “you dropping it off?” No, appt is at 8 am so I will wait. “It’ll be at least 2 hours”. Seriously?! 😡 told them that’s why I make an appt and the guy has the nerve to says, all those cars also need oil changes. SO DONT SCHEDULE SO MANY CARS AT 8am!! So annoyed. Definitely will be talking to a manager. This is BS. Last time I’ll be coming here.
This dealership is horrible. Sales guy was nice but from the moment i sat with finance its been horrible. Lied to many times called a liar by them. Show proof of what was said and then told oh well deals done and a month and a half still not finalized cause of constent mistakes and lies. All they do is blame one another. Customer service sits back and doesnt do anything except tell you have a good day and if you dont like your experience go else where. Worst shitty people and dealership in arizona that ice delt with
This place advertises one price on the sticker, and the website. What they fail to ad is the "reconditioning fee". That usually adds another 2 thousand to their sales price. Then, the truth hurts so much, they block you from commenting on any of their posts. So many negative experiences, it is not a surprise!
