Will it really Matter? The last time I responded to one of your surveys, I mentioned I brought my truck in for an oil change. I was told within minutes that while the vehicle was in service, they noticed I needed a front end alignment. I allowed this service. As I waited for my car, I over heard from every service attendant to every customers bringing cars in for service, they needed a front end alignment.
