This is my second truck form Sands is Surprise. They have been very good to deal with both times. I just had the second service done on the truck. The service department is very good also, always treating me and my truck well. The one negative that I do not like about this location is the new vehicle showroom. When I am waiting for the service to be done, I like to look at new cars. Unfortunately this showroom has nothing but classic cars and new Corvettes. Karo thank you for the wonderful customer service. I had made an appointment about a week in a half ago on line. I arrived at 715am yesterday since my appointment was at 730am. Karo said that he did not see my appointment. I didn't get upset with him not his fault but I told him please and it's not my fault either to please take my car for the 730am. He said he would honor this even though there were 8 cars ahead of me. He held to his word and got it done and I was out before 930am THANK YOU again Karo!!!
Service department is very accommodating and the service tech's are great.
