I came to Sands half heartedly to trade in my 2009 car with a lot of miles and negative equity. My circumstances were very poor, to say the least. I actually needed to get out of two cars with negative equity. I had been turned down by several dealerships, so I wasn't very optimistic. I applied on line, and was referred to Sands, Internet Team. Best service ever !!! We are traveling from Washington state when our transmission went out. They got us a rental and had it fixed the next day. Unbelievable service !!!
I was very disappointed this time go around when I took my vehicle in to get serviced. I wasn't told exactly what was wrong with my vehicle all I was told was its leaking somewhere at the bottom but we don't know where so we have to look at it. I know something was leaking from the bottom and come to find out it was my reservoir smh I could of fixed that myself.
