So disappointed in sands Chevrolet surprise right now. I checked in at 1 o'clock on July 30 to get an oil change. I got home only to discover a $200 pair of Oakley's had been taken from my car. I went the next morning as soon as the business open and spoke with the sales manager Paul. He told me to call back and speak with Derek at service the next day. Paul was not very helpful. I have never had a problem before and hope that Derek Hayden can help before I have to get the police involved

I just went to this facility on July 8th I was purchasing a 2016 Chevy Equinox. Everybody was so nice and I had asked numerous times this deal looks legit you're not going to call me back in a week and take the car away are you? They said no up and down, the financial guy sales etc. July 15th I get a call saying my loan was approved and come in on the 16th to sign final paperwork. Yesterday my husbands Malibus battery died and my Sentras drivers window wouldn't roll up we called in this morning talked to Bryan Abbott and he told us worst case scenario and told us he would be able to let us use a dealer car because we have a 7 month old we couldn't keep her there all day. Bryan took great care of us from the moment we called from us getting our keys back. He did all he could to get us our cars back before closing and worked with us on what was going on. Be careful about your surveys when you get a service. I was told today by a service advisor he would no longer help me and have the service manager find someone else for me and my husband to go to. A few weeks ago I took my vehicle in for an a/c issue on a 2016 after having an issue in April as well. I had to go back twice that week to have it fixed properly. Sands Chevrolet in Surprise is fantastic! We have bought our last two vehicles from them and will only have them serviced there. Jacob is our go-to guy in Service! He is always friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. Wouldn't ask for any service guy but him!
