My experience couldn't have been better. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and all my needs were met. This is my second purchase from Sands Chevrolet in Surprise AZ and I would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch personalized service!
Did a great job a year ago getting me a good deal on my truck and worked with me and not pester me but only down side is all the call I'm getting if I want to trade the truck I have had for only a year. Yes I would love to but you won't get my payments as low as they are now on a brand new truck

Sands Chevrolets staff have treated us very well. We appreciate having an auto company that is customer oriented. They take time to work with the customer and listen to their needs. Both the sales department and the sales department get high marks from us personally. I will go to Sands for my next vehicle.
Dislike hides your keys From you when you ask for them they take a long time
The worst dealer in AZ! Service Department is a joke. I'm obviously slow because I made so many mistakes with this place starting with buying here and continuing to come here for service, as of today there will be no more mistakes coming here!
Worst customer service, never call in, after you buy a car here there will always be issues following your purchase and they will not care about fixing anything. They just wipe they're hands clean and thats it. Bought 2 vehicles here not sure why never coming back both bad experiences.
The customer service sucks I was hung up on twice cause I called b.s on thier promises. They are verg unprofessional and don't deserve to be in business. The GM won't return my call and Howard, Richard are rude and have no customer service skills
