They suck
The service department is horrible here. It should not take over 2 hours for an oil change in which you have an appointment. After the first horrible experience, we decided to give them another try and that it had to be a fluke. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I haven't purchased a vehicle at this dealership, but would definitely recommend you try a different place in which to service your vehicle.
My wife is very against the car buying experiance but the experiance with joey and todd was exceptionally great thank you for a very pleasent experiance for once i will recomend you all to my family and friends
This was my first car buying experience, and I'm so thankful I went to Joe Tatman at Sands Chevy. He honestly is a stand up guy and made me comfortable, wasn't pushy, and gave me plenty of options. Chris Griffith was also great in providing me with basic information (Things I didn't know when buying a car). I would recommend anyone to go to them. The team was great, the employee's at their onsite AllState office were great, and Anthony in finance has been awesome to work with. Thank you all!! Keep up the good work!
My husband and I had AMAZING service. No pressure sales. Gary Springer and Rob Donlevy were very knowledgeable and helpful with keeping us in our budget. We ended up buying two cars that day and we love them both!!!

Went to NAPA after calling GM direct and finding out from them what the problem with my AC most likely was and $59.40 and 30 minutes of my time under the passenger side of the dash my AC is once again working like a champ. I don't know about everyone else but this beats the heck out of the $371 and change Sands Chevrolet wanted to fix the problem.
Just bought my new sonic. A GREAT deal, I recommend Zach & Rob. he's amazing!! Very helpful.
