The service dept here sucks. No attention to detail. After over $5,000 of work and waiting over a week, still have to come back for problems caused by there technicians. Stay away from this place unless you like overpaying for pisspoor work.
I love Sands! They treat me so well. My Surburban and my new Kia Soul from Sands Kia. Oscar is the best and Wendy is wonderful. They all go out of their way to make sure all customers are happy. Everyone their is so very helpful. Best dealer ship I have ever found!
Today, I went into your store to get information on my Gap Insurance, Which was not given to us at the time of purchase. The man in finance was extremely rude and argumentative with me and my step father. We will be going to Gateway Chevy to buy the next car. Gateway knows how to treat their customers!
Buying my car was great! Thank u. But now I have a recall on my car and the tell me to wait for my letter before I bring my car in. How about you look at the VIN number before u let me know I'm about to crash with my KIDS I'm the vehicle! Not happy with Sands of Surprise
I have been in the car business for 17yrs and I have been trying to get my ex\wife a new suburban for weeks now. I sent her to sands a couple weeks ago and didn't work out for her financially but was treated very good.I called the finance director Chris Scott on 3\15\14 and told him the situation he called later that day to make appointment for sunday 3\16\14 so she goes to chris scott and he was amazing the best rate I got for her was 11% and chris got her 5% and saved her so much money and I would like the thank Chris Scot... read more
I love it here at Sands Chevrolet. Great owners and management. I take great care of my customers. If you go to a restaurant and have a bad waiter, doesn't mean it's a bad restaurant.... It's the waiters fault. Give it another try, but with a different waiter.
Sands Chevrolet is a great place to go a get a new automobile.. The dealership is very clean and the staff was great.. Lot of inventory and I would say awesome deals on vehicles
As stated prior.. do you have a 0 rating? Sold us a truck, played the switch at the end, called them on that.. made another deal only to call and say come in and sign final financing and then tell us to pay an additional $2,500 cash to keep the truck. It's a shame.. they are local and I would have loved to do business with them.. NOW I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
Your average dealership...how ever when you do purchase a vehicle from them...10 months later they become pests and call and call and call to talk you into buying a new vehicle....BIG TURN OFF!!!!
