This one star rating is an act of generosity. Perhaps the most unprofessional place I have worked for. The language used by management brought me back to my military days. Traveling further to get treated right as a customer will be well worth it for you. Several great salesmen and a dire need to clean house on the upper management level. If you respect yourself don't apply here.

My techs for service are always very sweet. They make sure to let me know what was going on. They handled my recall amazing. This is why I drive the distance to get my car serviced. The Glendale location is normally packed. I enjoy the one on one service. I seriously I'm happy I bought my car from chevy!

I will not do business with them. That is a bad dealership. The sands Chevrolet franchise is crooked and I will never have service done by them or purchase vehicle from them. Horrible customer service and nothing but run around bs when I tried to have something fixed on my new Chevy ( bought from curtesy Chevrolet) don't give this company your money

The follow through here is awful, they promise the world and deliver 1/4 of what they have said. When u attempt to contact them via email they try to sell u a new car!!!!

I agree with other people. The customer service is terrible. They push you to make a decision. I had an issue with my truck ac and took it to another dealer to do the repairs. It would have been free to repair it here but I paid a $100.00 deductible at Avondale toyota.
