A few of my friends have lived there and left already !! Staff is rude and they spy on tenants ,, they accuse tenants of having pets when they don't !! They refuse to give deposits back !! It's all about money money money there !! I almost moved in but didn't after I read reviews and heard from others

Beautiful apartments just at first sight! When you live here you can see many construction defects! Poor quality of materials used in construction! Horrible management! They don't meet our requests. They make misunderstandings and treat us like fools! The parking lot is limited and tight! For two times it was impossible to park my car in my building! Zero stars for Altis Sand Lake !!!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to live! Gorgeous and I love all of the amenities. Whenever I have an issue or need anything, the staff is super responsive and understanding and they take the time to make sure that my issue is resolved. Absolutely amazing and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live. If it could give this place, 10 stars I would!!!
I was referred to this very cool place. Super impressed with everything I saw there. Putting a deposit down on awesome! BTW, I've seen all these negative posts that suddenly popped up yesterday and it smells of a smear campaign.
