You can’t have more than 2 guests a night there is no where to park the worst parking management ever plus the gate is always broken you can’t even get back to your own home!
absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. Do not move here. If you really want to move here then take over my lease! (i have their large 1/1 on the 1st floor).

If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. Where do I begin? Oh, right. Move in day. The apartment was dirty. Very dirty. There were cobwebs, the toilets were not cleaned, the showers were grimy. Disgusting. The garage door didn't work. Nothing was right. Literally nothing. There were damages from the previous owner that we took photos of and sent them to the leasing specialist hoping that they would be put in our file. They weren't. There were broken handles... Previously, I gave Altis Sand Lake a poor review, where I complained of the parking situation out of frustration. I have since deleted that review and am now highly recommending Altis Sand Lake. We have noticed Altis’ great efforts in trying to solve the parking issues. We now hardly have any issues with visitors parking in my assigned spot or my fiancé finding a guest parking spot. Altis is now offering an on call parking manager, which will make parking for my fiancé and guests that much easier. This is an amazing feature ... read more
