There is nothing luxurious about this place. The management and people that work in the office are the rudest people I’ve ever met. They pretend like it’s a gated community but the gates are broken 98% of the time. There is dog poop everywhere. The pool is nice when there are no drug dealers partying there. Currently a resident, and had my packages stolen from my front doorstep. The gate doesn’t work in the neighborhood, and hasn’t for most of the two years we’ve been here. After photo evidence our packages were delivered, the front desk still didn’t do anything. Be careful a thief lives among these woods!
RecommendedWe moved here a month ago and love living here. The Altis Sand Lake team is amazing! Henry takes such good care of us in the main office. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. They have fixed some things to make living here so enjoyable. The amenities are a nice bonus too. The Apartment Life team puts on some really fun events. Waffle Saturday, Wine down Wednesday, Movie Nights....they are all so much fun and top notch. The events give a true sense of community and are always so welcoming. You won't be disappointed!
