RecommendedEverybody is for the most part helpful. Absolutely love it here and have recommended multiple friends to this location. I wish the open gate would be fixed. Other than that I have no complaints. Maintenance is quick, very quick. The office is very kind, and any problems I’ve had, have been quickly resolved.

OK everyone, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE, they are thieves, they will steal all your money!!!!! They call these luxury apartments and they are way to far from being that! the walls are super super thin so are the floors! There's black mold all throughout the buildings/apartments. They charge you a vip garbage pickup that you cannot opt out of, but they rarely pickup, then want to charge you outrageous prices for more than 2 bags outside your door. RecommendedGreat staff , nice and clean apartments and they take great care of the grounds...pool gym and all the amenities.
RecommendedThe property is so clean. Location is great. The apartment itself if cozy and quiet. I love it here.
I do not recommend this apartment complex unless you prefer to be treated unfairly by staff, have your cars broken into and have management tell you that his staff is always right and the tenants always wrong. I would not want to assume this treatment towards myself and my family is racially motivated in Round Rock, TX. However these days, who knows anymore.
