If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. Where do I begin? Oh, right. Move in day. The apartment was dirty. Very dirty. There were cobwebs, the toilets were not cleaned, the showers were grimy. Disgusting. The garage door didn't work. Nothing was right. Literally nothing. RecommendedPreviously, I gave Altis Sand Lake a poor review, where I complained of the parking situation out of frustration. I have since deleted that review and am now highly recommending Altis Sand Lake. We have noticed Altis’ great efforts in trying to solve the parking issues. We now hardly have any issues with visitors parking in my assigned spot or my fiancé finding a guest parking spot. RecommendedI LOVE how spacious my one bedroom apt is!!! I did sooo much shopping around in the medical center and this was by far my top choice. All my decisions were based off of location and aesthetics, but now that I’ve been here a bit, I’m even more in love with the community, management and excellent upkeep with the environment and complex. Love love love it here!!!
