I love living there, the Staff is phenomenal and I am looking forward to go home and have my coffee by the pool every day after work, it's my way to break away from stress and surround myself with beauty, thank you for all you do �
Whenever I'm around community events I'm very impressed with the common spaces (pool, outdoor kitchen, game room, theater, gym). The people are super friendly and easy to get to know. The CARES team puts on high quality events that make the community a wonderful and fun place to live. Mardi Gras, Super Bowl, Doggie Day, S'mores ... just to name a few. Altis Sand Lake has a great location right off I4 as well.
Absolutely love this community. The office staff is excellent, the community is beautiful, and the cares team is exceptional! I have never known a group of people to be more dedicated to serving their community then The Altis cares team. And don't even get me started on the community events. I've lived in apartment communities where "Christmas parties" were cheap cookies and Coco between 1-2pm on a weekday.
