The reason why Altis says "Welcome Home is because the staff really does make the property a home and they become your family. Community events are expertly arranged and bring residents and staff together for fun at the beautiful clubhouse and pool area. Office inquiries and maintenance requests are responded to promptly and completed efficiently. You really can't ask for more in apartment living and I'm happy to be here!

This community is awesome! They have a great fitness center with a squat rack! The CARES Team and events are phenomenal and always a great time!
The office staff, maintenance team, and CARES team are amazing. My favorite amenity is the dog park. They have a grooming station and a agility course. Their passion to make the community great is what makes me so thankful I chose Altis Sand Lake!
