It is a horrible place to live with this new administration that is focused on charging more for any carelessness of them, discriminates for not being American and always has closed the amenities for which we are paying. I have had 4 situations that have displeased me and for this reason I would never renew my contract. 1. The management is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They act like they are perfect (but guess what they ain’t God) so stop. They lose paperwork and blame you so you are responsible for the outcome. They send workers into your apartment without making an appointment to make sure someone is home. I mean no one needs to be entering my home without me present and to disturb my pet. I’ve rented in a few places and this is by far the WORST experience of my life. I do not recommend them to anyone. RecommendedI do not want to move! I have to shout out to Anahy! She is the one who sold me on my apartment. Anytime I’ve had concerns or questions she has literally gone above and beyond for me. Anahy and other staff members truly have made me feel at home! Highly recommend Carrick Bend apartments!
