Just left there today 11/26/24. Horrible dentist - awesome caring dental assistant though - I would give Madison a crown for putting up with that guy! She explained everything and spent a lot of time with me. HE, Kevin W. Pierce - and I will NOT call him doctor pierce because 1) He did nothing to earn that title today and 2) he shows zero compassion, nor does he give a flip about his patients. He didn't spend 3 minutes of his time with me other than to spout off that tacky remark when he entered the room - something to th... read more

⚠️⚠️Please STAY AWAY from this place!!! By far the WORST experience of my life at a dentist facility. jesus HERNANDEZ, first time ever seeing my child, made some of the most insane allegations!!! Initially he told us there’s literally NOTHING he could do to actually doing an examination , saying he could do a procedure TODAY( NO WAY) …THEN never even returning to explain HIS FULL review of findings of the examination!!His behavior & choice of words were beyond UNPROFESSIONAL!! One of the terms he used was “patterns” as far a... read more

Horrible, predatory dental office. Dr. Carter is a narcissistic greedy individual. Will gaslight you if you don't opt for costly, unnecessary treatments like new crowns, bridges, and/or deep cleaning. Has the staff perform a massive amount of x-rays then go into another x-ray machine. The guy is not a nice person with NO bedside manner at all. Refuses to do a simple cleaning, mandating a deep cleaning whether you need that or not and that costs ~$750 and two office visits.

BEWARE!...Went in to have a tooth looked at and it "needed to be removed and a implant would be needed". I told them that I already have a place that I get my implants and just to extract the tooth. Well, obviously the dentist there didn't' like that and while extracting my tooth, he proceeded to push hard down on my lip trapping it between my teeth even though I was yelling for him to stop. Afterwards he told me that he did a bone graph and to wait 6 weeks to get the implant. I felt something was up so I went to anot... read more

Reading these reviews seem to be from 2-3 years ago. I know that the office has undergone recent management change and cleaning up the professionalism in this office. Give them a try you will be pleasantly surprised.

I went on a $79 promotional deal to get my teeth cleaned on 9/20/2024. Keep in mind that I have never had any major problems with my teeth. Upon leaving, Rock Hills said that I needed to have crown replaced and three cavities filled. Total cost was $2,623. I went to get a 2nd opinion. The second dentist said that all of my teeth were sound and he used the same x-rays that Rock Hills provided to make that diagnosis. I recommend getting a 2nd opinion before conducting any significant dental work with this firm.

Worst dental experience of my life. I went to this dentist because i was having some tooth sensitivity. While the technician was taking x-rays and doing other requirements before I could see the dentist. I closed my eyes to relax. When i opened them, the technician started cleaning the floor with the same gloves that she was using in my mouth. "I said I know you are going to wash your hands," I should have left, but she was in the process of fitting me for a night guard. After leaving the office, i called to express ... read more
