Good dentists. But they are always trying to overcharge me. Every appointment and every procedure results in uncomfortable lengthy conversations with Forward Dental along with multiple calls to my insurance company. After all this Forward Dental finally listens to the insurance and adjust the bill. Now they have the hygienist make you sign an inflated bill when you sit down in the chair right before they start not much time for a discussion but that could be their system for overcharging.
Vivian has been my dental hygienist for the last two visits. Not only is she very good at what she does, she cares so much and takes the time to help you with thoughtful techniques and training to better take care of your dental health. She is a very rare professional who is truly exceptional. Thank you, Vivian!
My effort with AFD was to get one implant with a crown at the very front of my month. It took the first six months to get the implant done by their affiliate. That was June through December 2023. As of April 2024 I still did not have the crown. They built a very undesirable clunky crown that did not match my tooth color and had to send it back. Really Savanah!! I come in to get my records and didn't notice till I went to new dentist thst you gave me another womens records. I woukd think you should be able to do a simple task like that right. Giving me another patience records is in violation of tge HIPPA law. I have more yo tell the BBB because of this. I should contact the patient and tell her I have her private info. I give that business zero stars. The dentist is rude and do is the help.
FRAUD! BEWARE of illegal billing practices! Manager is inexperienced with billing. Breaking contract agreement with insurance provider and forcing me the patient to pay the difference. I have filed a formal complaint about Katherine, Practice Manager and the billing department for illegal balance billing practices to the Dentistry Board, Department of Health and my insurance provider, Delta Dental and Cigna. Beware!!! If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I had a horrible experience. It saddens me to write this, but I don't want others to have the same horrifying experience. I came to this dental office due to pain in my upper right tooth. Dr. Sara Alkstis informed me that I needed a root canal, which I had done. I was still in pain even after the root canal. Stay clear of Bellair Dental in Evans Georgia, unless you want to be lied to this is a predatory business. In 2021 I moved to Georgia for a position at a new warehouse that was being built. Being new to the area is what prompted me to find a new dentist, which was Bellair Dental in Evan’s, Ga I made an initial appointment for a cleaning And was advised of some dental work that needed to be done, as far as fillings and I wanted to talk about a partial. If I based my review on the ladies that worked there (other than one) it would've been a five star. This review is for that one older lady and STEVEN BOLLINGER. Steve treats the ladies that work for him like crap! When he was pulling my teeth, he got in an argument with one using his mic.
