I came across their advertisements online and decided to try their services. When I scheduled my appointment, I provided my insurance details and was informed that they accepted my insurance. Having a dental problem, they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner (2 1/2 weeks). I went to Moultrie Dental Care for the first time, a while ago and it was great! I didn't have to wait long at all and Crystal took great care of me and was awesome! She was so professional and so nice! Also the dentist, Jake Ryan was very nice. It was a good visit,no stress.

Awful, they identified a number of problems, which had never been identified by other providers. Then they continued recommending preventative procedures that were not covered by my insurance. They charged me for adding fluoride to my teeth even thought they didn't mention they would do so. I had already decided I would not go back to this doctor or clinic. Borris Bujila DMD , PUT A CAP ON ME CUT MY MOUTH GOT SORES AND , I GOT A REACTION FROM HE NOVACAINE SHOT AND WHAT EVER ELSE IS IN IT . HE SAID IT CAN HAPPEN FAST HEART BEAT AND NEVER HAPPEN AGAN . DDS Alford sent me to an endodontist. He did his work. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day, they did absolutely nothing. I get another appointment ten days later. She has to do more drilling. While sitting and waiting for over a hour and having my mouth numbed for twenty minutes. I had been ignored and her time management was horrible.

Good dentists. But they are always trying to overcharge me. Every appointment and every procedure results in uncomfortable lengthy conversations with Forward Dental along with multiple calls to my insurance company. After all this Forward Dental finally listens to the insurance and adjust the bill. Now they have the hygienist make you sign an inflated bill when you sit down in the chair right before they start not much time for a discussion but that could be their system for overcharging.

Vivian has been my dental hygienist for the last two visits. Not only is she very good at what she does, she cares so much and takes the time to help you with thoughtful techniques and training to better take care of your dental health.
