I'm a new patient...just saw them this week but I am impressed with my experience! The staff was very nice, welcoming me to the practice, getting all new patient forms filled out and making sure we were set for the follow-up appointment. Dr. Tom was very busy, but made time to see me and did not rush my visit. I left with a clear next step and feel good about where we go from here. The only reason they received one star is because of Alisha Dental hygienist. She is superb. However the office staff are negative stars. The most recent being; Brenda. My father was a pt. I had alerts sent to my email. He died in August. I have called twice to inform the office of this. Today was the third time. I am frustrated; Brenda’s response when I told her my father had died and this was the THIRD time calling. Her reply “Well, it’s an automated system “. Gave me the incorrect corporate number. Complexly unprofessional front desk service. Can’t come up with an estimate that’s even close. Can’t tell me why every time. Can’t handle a customer that’s wanting an explanation. Love getting snapped at over the phone.

"5 STARS Rating" Latham First Advantage is a great dentist and I have been going to this location for more than 10 years. The staff is always very friendly and excellent at their jobs. Barb, John and Ariel at the front desk are super helpful, patient and very pleasant in accommodating patients at both check in or exiting. They are awesome hard workers who really go above and beyond ensuring patients are well taken care of and given their future print out paperwork for any up coming appointment visits. I would watch out for the hygienist named Eugina. She is such a phony person and does not really care for the customers she works on. She at one time was doing teeth cleanings outside of the office in secret so her boss would not find out. She also said that she wanted to sue Doc. Stucky over a workman's comp injury she got at work because she did not want to work there anymore but could not leave due to it being an injury she got at work. Do not trust her!!

Let me start with what was good: I really liked the dentist and the hygienist. The office was very clean. That’s the end of the good. Keep in mind, I have no dental pain or pressing issues. It was advised that I have a deep cleaning done, at close to $900 out of pocket. I am unable to afford that at this time and called to have a regular cleaning performed and a deep cleaning later. They refuse to schedule a cleaning. My insurance allows for one consult a calendar year, but now I have to pay out of pocket for another consult... read more

I want o start by saying that Dr. Fellner is a wonderful dentist and hi dental assistants are all very good. His office staff on the other hand doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I needed a crown and when I went in to get the prep work done I was told that I needed to pay my copay up front . My portion for the whole bill was $89.00. I paid and the prep work was completed. We do not recommend Nine Eagles. The dentist (Dr Kratser) is actually very nice however I believe her team is trained to "bring in the money" over service which may make her not so great of a leader in her organization. My grown daughter had not been to the dentist in a few years therefore had some build up in specific areas. She was required to have a deeper cleaning at her first visit after her consultation.
