I have been around a long time (72 years) and have lived all around the US (30 year military spouse) and have never been to a more professional, proficient, and caring dental office. I recently visited Rocky Creek Dental, and I wanted to share my experience regarding the level of care I received. The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The dental team took the time to explain each step of the extraction process of my tooth and ensure I fully understood how to care for the tooth. This company will use deceptive methods to assign unnecessary procedures that are not needed in order to get more money from you. Do not trust them and always get a second opinion if they tell you that you need some procedure that the insurance company will not cover or only covers a very small portion which may be required by law. This practice is used by dentist offices to get more money since they feel the insurance companies are not paying enough to them to cover what thewy need to do. To start off I hate having to select one star, because it's 0. The customer service at that office is trash. Very unprofessional from when you walk in the office to the garbage that does your information and takes your payment. They act as if it's a problem if you just want to ask a question, as if they bring their home to work. You walk in the office and it is very dry. Terrible service. They gave my wife’s appointment away after her confirming via there systems appointment confirmation the night prior in the morning of. Also when she went in there they lady behind the counter Says “your welcome in the middle of my wife sentence as she was talking without even looking at her. Do not go here… look at the yelp reviews not google if you want truthful customer feedback. Terrible..
Unbelievable customer care. They are personal, flexible, and most of all, understanding. They take each individual customer situation as of it were family. Can't say enough good atiff about these people. Special shout out to Jackie.

A complete waste of time yesterday!! When we called for appointments 3 months ago we stressed we just needed regular cleanings & were told no problem. First my wife’s appointment was canceled without any notification to her when I arrived I asked will I be getting my teeth cleaned today No answer filled out paperwork that I filled out online again.
