And besides the billing issue that I had with the practice, they installed a temporary crown and it fell out in less than 24 hours. Had to rush back in to have the same process done the very next day. Jus provided excuses as to why this happened. When I received the permanent crown - terrible color selection and had to be remade. Find another practice that is competent - both billing and patient care. Also a revolving door with both admin staff and doctors. Poor patient experience.

Went for a cleaning and they gave me an estimate, which I signed not knowing that they would charge me double of what the estimate was. They added on services that I was told was covered by insurance and then a couple of months later, I received bills that were basically the same amount that we paid initially. An estimate is not supposed to vary to that extent, not cost 100% more what they quoted you. Then they have the nerve to mail me the copy of the signed "estimate." What a great team! Everyone treats you great! Helena and Dr. Ashley Trotter were fantastic. They listened intently while you explained all the issues you were dealing with.. I would highly recommend Dental Care of Grafton. They are terrific!

gave a one star because i didn't have the option of zero stars. Had an appointment on March 18th and after waiting 45 minutes they started the consultation. When they finished they gave me a quote i thought was rather high but i paid the $60 for the first visit then paid another $625 for future appointments. After thinking about it i decided NOT to go with them and cancelled the appointment i had on March 25th 6 days early do i wouldn't be charged for anything. At one point, this office was truly impressive. I had a tooth extracted here two years ago, and not only was the procedure smooth, but they even followed up afterward to ensure my recovery was going well — a small gesture that spoke volumes. Unfortunately, that level of care seems to have completely disappeared. I returned recently for another extraction, and the experience was drastically different. They appear to be out just to make money. Not upfront about costs. Also they took over 24 hours to return my call when I had tooth pain. They are part of a bigger corporation out to make sales. Don’t go there.

Had a tooth pulled and paid the required bill with my insurance. Forward waited 4 months to process the claim and when my insurance denied it (because they dated fhe procedure incorrectly to a later month where i did not have insurance) they sent a full priced claim (not even minus what i paid) to collections

I Had A Great Experience At The Mendota Heights Office For A Tooth Extraction! Dr. Zarbano Was Very Caring In My Comfort & Explained everything So I Understood it. He Even Called Me That Same Night To See If I Was Doing ok! His Staff & Nurses Were Very Sweet! Many Thanks Dr. Zarbano! Jane Gagnon
